Shipping and Delivery Terms

The general terms and conditions of sale and delivery for the plastics processing industry apply to all transactions. You will receive these with our order confirmation, and they are also available at any time at untercemo.de/agb.

Warranty

We provide a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship within the scope of our warranty conditions in accordance with statutory provisions. We provide a specific durability guarantee provided the products are used correctly. The exact terms are set out in the warranty certificates. We provide a 25-year warranty on the durability of the material for GRP diesel and lubricant tanks.
Fittings and accessories not made from GRP are always excluded from the warranty.

Disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment

As a manufacturer, we are registered under WEEE registration number DE 91438011 according to Section 6(2) of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). You can return waste electrical equipment to your local recycling centres or, once all liquids have been removed, send it free of charge to the address given below. We will then take care of its disposal for you.

Minimum order surcharge

For orders with a net value of up to €50, a minimum order surcharge of €10 will be applied.

Packaging and freight cost table (Germany, without islands)*

We generally deliver ex works using the most appropriate method of dispatch at our discretion, without guaranteeing the most cost-effective transport. In Germany, three methods of dispatch have become standard, depending on volume or weight:

• Parcel service for smaller items
• General cargo for pallet shipments
• Cubic metres for high-volume products

In this price list, we have drawn up a suggested shipping method for individual consignments. You will find the corresponding icons listed with the respective items. All consignments, including any returns, are at the buyer’s expense and risk. Unless consignments are sent carriage forward in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions, our packaging and freight cost table shall be deemed binding.
